About Elco Child Care Center LLC

ELCO Child Care Center welcomes children age 2 through school age to their learning center in Myerstown. ELCO's bright, clean and nurturing facility provides many quality programs such as Full/Part-time Childcare, Pre-school, Prep for Kindergarten, Before/After School and an Exploratory Summer Program.

ELCO has educated teachers that are Montessori Certified, hold Associate / Bachelor's degrees or Child Development Associate certificates. The center is regulated by the Department of Public Welfare and has achieved Keystone Stars status.

Owner Serena Moore has over 32 years of experience running a licensed daycare. She and her husband Patrick are hands-on owners and are always available for their daycare families and staff.
