Elco Child Care is now hiring an Enthusiastic Group Supervisor / Lead Teacher / Floater for our Montessori Inspired Center.
Our terrific children range from ages 3yr - School Age.
Our center is located in Myerstown Lebanon County and is open 6:30 am-6 pm Mon-Fri.

Our Awesome Staff works approximately 40 hours per week. wages up to $31,000 per year, and Receives up to 10 paid days per year.

Group Supervisor/Lead Teacher Qualifications: Degree in Early Childhood Education, 0r Human Service Field. two years of documented experience working with children in a daycare environment.
Montessori Experience a Plus!
Floater Qualifications: A love for children and interest to learn
All employees must be able to pass PA Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI Fingerprinting & Nosor. Must be open to taking State Regulated Training such as Mandated Reporting, Health & Safety, Red First Aid/CPR, and up to twelve annual training hours. EOE

~Cleaning and maintaining classroom setting/facility
~Developing and implementing weekly Montessori based lesson plans
~Maintaining accurate records of children's developmental milestones
