About Elco Child Care Center LLC

ELCO Child Care Center welcomes children age 3 through school age to their learning center in Myerstown. ELCO's bright, clean, and nurturing facility provides many quality programs such as Full/Part-time Childcare, Pre-school, Prep for Kindergarten, Before/After School, and an Exploratory Science Summer Program.

ELCO has educated teachers who are Montessori Certified and hold Associate / Bachelor's degrees or Child Development Associate certificates. The center is regulated by the Department of Public Welfare.

Owner Serena Moore has over 37 years of experience running a licensed daycare. She and her husband, Patrick, are hands-on owners and are always available for their daycare families and staff.
